1. Acceptance of Terms

We specialize in the supply of industrial safety equipment, PPE, and related products. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per agreed terms stated on the invoice
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and approved credit arrangements
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• The Company reserves the right to suspend delivery for overdue accounts

6. Delivery

We endeavor to deliver products within the estimated timeframes. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.

7. Warranty

Products sold by Global Hub General Trading LLC are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Hub General Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
